This video was produced by a friend who is really into movies and now it has started filming his ideas with some other friends.
“You didn’t see me coming”
I just can’t understand how this can be done, thought, approved. Whoever designed this was high on drugs or wanted to me remembered as a idealistic… What was he idealizing, I don’t know, but doesn’t make much sense anyway…
Claim To Fame: World’s worst roundabout
Anyone who has been on the Internet for a while will recognize the Magic Roundabout – it has appeared in virtually every “funny picture” list you can find. The roundabout is a real roundabout in Swindon, England. It was built in 1972 and it includes 5 other smaller roundabouts. To make matters worse, you must travel anti-clockwise (the reverse of the normal situation on British roundabouts) when you enter the smaller central roundabout. The Swindon Junction has been voted the worst junction in Great Britain.

I saw this video once before and unfortunately I agree with the fact that what they do is to joke with other peoples work. Imagine you work hard to create or come with a nice concept to a video or you do a funny video and it becomes a hit in youtube. Then a company, an agency COPY your concept and apply it to a client spot or campaign. First, is intellectual robbery, then is another joke since it believes that we gonna like it because it is similar to a hit, or a very popular video with million views on youtube. I mean, those who are the target of these spots (we, young people, connected with internet), we now, I now this videos from youtube and I don’t get impacted with this. I think, yeah, nice idea, but is not theirs Idea, is not new, is someone else…

While at the class I produced this A4 design which I intend to print and use as a cover for my BootCamp Book, where I will put some of my creative briefings, pics and relevant stuff to get a job.

Hey readers, as you can see I am changing the design and improving a few things. The first template I was using, the white one, was just a first step so I could start writing before working with the visuals. I have a small BIG problem that is if I get stuck on design I would never start the blog.
So, I ask for your consideration and patiente… If you see of experience any problem, please report to me via Comment

The guys behind SoundCloud came with a nice idea of a web-site where you can listen to some blogs or turn any blog into a podcast, being able to sync with Itunes and then send to your Ipod.
Check the site atListen to Blog and start podcasting your posts.
The site has a clean and easy to use interface and it’s based on open standards like AppEngine, SoundCloud, and Twingly.
SoundCloud is another initiative to people who loves music and it’s tired of FTP’s and emails attempts to send your musics to your friends. At this site you can post your tracks easily and invite your friends to listen to it. You can also download the tracks, share and post at your blog as well as comment about it. It’s a great tool for music producers and Djs, or just music enthusiastic like me.
One of the guys behind both projects is my friend Henrik Berggren.

These are some images I’ve produced a long time ago. They were “hidden” somewhere in my HardDisk. continue reading…
It’s funny how I try to “run away” from illustration and design and now and again I go back to my roots…
